“I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Laphing Centre! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable — the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel completely welcome. The food was beyond outstanding; every dish was bursting with flavor and presented beautifully. It’s rare to find a place that combines top-notch service with such delicious cuisine. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience

Had a typical Thela Momo after such a long time. Reminded me of my college days where having thela momo was a routine. It was not just the van and the ambiance but the taste itself reminded me of that time in Nepal. Half momo half chowmein, 1.5 plate momo shows that they really care about the customers. 5 Stars for that because sometimes 1 plate would be enough and I would never finish 2 plate too. Not a great sitting place but we were not there for a fine dinner. Enjoyed whatever they had. Not a laphing lover but I tried it anyway. Was Ok (don’t know what a good lahping tastes like and never knew why people are crazy for it) I even brought 2 plates to Brisbane for my wife and sister. They loved it too. Might not be the best place yet in Canberra but you are doing great. I will definitely visit on my next visit to Canberra. Best wishes.

Went to Capital Laphing Station after seeing a Bhutanese post about their Aloo Nimki — and I’m so glad I did! The Aloo Nimki was super crunchy and full of bold, spicy flavour — exactly what I was craving. I also tried their dry laphing, chicken momo, and chicken sausage, and everything was absolutely delicious. The laphing was smooth and perfectly seasoned, the momos were juicy and flavourful, and the sausage had that perfect street food vibe. If you’re into bold, spicy snacks, this place is a must-try! This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I’m craving bold, spicy snacks!

The taste of the fried momos with achar is incredible. It instantly took me back to my roots, giving me a Ratatouille-style flashback through flavor. Loved it

A really great Nepali food truck! We ordered steamed and fried Momos, pani puri, and dry Laphing, and they were all so delicious. Price was very competitive and the service was fast! Definitely worth popping in for a feed the next time you’re in Canberra!

Me and my partner Came from melbourne almost with the sole purpose to try their food. Tried the dry jhol laphing, alu nimki chicken momo, sausage and veg chowmein so far. Omg! Everything feels 10/10. Just day 2 in canberra so far and been here twice already. Phenomenal food. The pricing is such a value for money. The portion size of the chowmein was a lot for just $12. It was so good. Cant praise enough. Best food and very friendly service. I just wish i can take the whole food truck back to melbourne with us. Just Amazing!

We tried this food stall on a week day. It wasn’t very busy and service was really quick. I loved the momo and keema noodles. It was different and tasty. We also tried laphing, a very good attempt on laphing. One of the best so far however the authentic tangy garlicky chilly flavour was missing (IYKY). Overall it was a good experience, Didi served us with such a nice hospitality. Will definitely be back to try other food items.

During our family visit to Canberra, we had heard numerous positive comments about the capital laphing on various social media platforms. Consequently, we decided to sample the cuisine. We found the laphing to be exceptionally delicious, and we also ordered jhol momo, both of which were incredibly flavorful.
